Redefining Leadership, Reimagining Power

In connection with Ramadan and Women’s History Month, this community event focuses on women leaders and the many definitions of leadership including speaking up against injustices; taking care of each other and our communities; and creating film art with powerful messages.

Animating Emotions: A Workshop with Steven Fraser

In this animation workshop, artist Steven Fraser, Marvels of Media Awardee and animator of Coming Out Autistic and Prosopagnosia, will instruct participants on how to transform and animate objects with a mobile phone.

Digital Animation: Marvels of Media Workshop

Instructed by artist Pepita Sandwich, this workshop focuses on creating a digital animation short that involves the movement of a shape or object. Recommended for ages 15 and up.

Collage Animation Workshop

As part of Museum of the Moving Image’s Marvels of Media Festival and co-presented by Strokes of Genius, autistic visitors and media-makers are welcome to join us for the Collage Animation Workshop.
