Eccentric inventor Wallace and his faithful dog Gromit—Aardman Animations’s most beloved creations—investigate the mystery behind a garden sabotage that plagues their village and threatens the annual giant-vegetable-growing contest. Along the way, Wallace hopes to win the affection of contest host Lady Campanula Tottington. This cinematic romp of inventions, intrigue, and preposterous puns won the Oscar for Best Animated Feature. Recommended for ages 7+
