When a greedy automotive streetcar magnate (Douglas) comes to buy out Pop, Speedy takes matters into his own hands to stop the would-be monopolist. Featuring an indelible visit to Coney Island, a cameo appearance by Babe Ruth himself, and one of the greatest chases in silent film comedy, Lloyd’s final masterpiece is a rollicking summer ride through old New York.
