AniTOMO’s NYE Anime Rewind

Celebrate 2024’s most popular anime stories with an exciting live panel featuring a kaleidoscope of talented digital content creators, including BrunchxBros, FunSizedSmall, Keeping It 9000 Podcast, and other special guests discussing and debating the year’s best series. Presented by AniTOMO, this event also features a Q&A, interactive watch party featuring an episode of DANDANDAN, a DANDANDAN cosplay contest, and a special New Year’s Eve countdown with giveaways. After, connect with creators and fellow fans at a casual mixer (refreshments available for purchase). This event spotlights the content creators who have kept the anime community energized throughout 2024, gathering fans to celebrate storytelling, creativity, and the vibrant world of anime as we head into the new year.
Recommended for ages 16+
Tickets: $10 / $5 for MoMI members, Students, Seniors, and Teens (ages 16+). There is a $1.50 transaction fee per ticket for all online purchases. The cost of admission may be applied toward a same-day purchase of a membership.

About participating content creators:
Keeping It 9000 is a New York City–based media brand bringing anime fans together with fun, honest, and lighthearted content. Started by childhood friends Kevin and Jayquel, the brand began with an anime podcast in 2021, which they produced until 2024. Now, along with Akil, they’re creating all kinds of anime-related content that’s not just entertaining and informative, but also open and inclusive, inviting diverse perspectives from fans everywhere.
Funsizedsmall, your favorite manga collector from Brooklyn. Tati is also well versed in anime, Star Wars and a few other fandoms, focusing on manga and its importance to the anime community while encouraging others that reading manga won’t discourage your love for watching anime
The BrunchxBros are a New York City–based collective united by a love of anime and manga, creating content that celebrates anime culture and community. Known for their popular con yearbooks, they bring fans together through unique, immersive experiences.
About AniTOMO:
A New York City–based nonprofit organization, AniTOMO presents free or low-cost events designed to promote accessibility and inclusivity while celebrating both pop and traditional Japanese cultures.
